Application Fee: $50 per
first year student applicant.
This fee covers the cost of
application and testing, if
necessary. This fee will be
applied toward the registration
fee upon acceptance to FCS.
Should the student withdraw from
the application process, the fee
is non-refundable.
Registration: This fee reserves your child's position, covers the cost of registration, grade placement, office record keeping, testing, and ACSI membership. This fee is non-refundable.
$200.00 per re-enrolling student if paid by February 28, 2023
$250.00 per student enrolled after February 28, 2023
Curriculum Fee: $200.00 per student for the school year. This is a non-refundable textbook rental fee. This fee enables FCS to maintain up-to-date curriculum/resources. -
1:1 Devices:
FCS is a 1:1 school, so each
student will purchase a
Chromebook from the list
provided by the school. Device
management by the school is
available for $50 if desired.
Insurance Fee: $10 per student for the school year. This is a supplemental accident policy required for enrollment at FCS and is non-refundable.
The curriculum fee and insurance fee are due by July 1st. New student management fees are also due July 1st. Nonpayment by the deadline will constitute indication of withdrawal from FCS.

NOTE: The oldest student is considered to be the first student in the family. Tuition payments begin August 1st and end with the May 1st payment.
A 3% discount is given for paying the whole year's tuition before July 10. Families enrolling after October 1st pay a prorated tuition. New families to Freedom who identify a currently enrolled family as their referral source earn a $50 monthly discount for the referring family as long as the new family is enrolled the first year.
Extended Care Fees: Extended care is available for all students before and after school for a cost of $7.00 per hour (or any part thereof) per student. EDC runs from 7:00 to 8:00 and 3:30 to 6:00 on regular school days. After 6:00 p.m. the fee increases to $1.00 per minute.
